Development
There is a property down the block from my place, which is about 25% bigger than mine (in buildable square feet), that is listed for sale. Adjusting for the size, it is listed for a price that is double what Ursula and I paid for ours in 2003. We put in about 40% of the equity when we bought. So that means our 40% is now 3.5x what it was originally. Big increase!
